great stay but breakfast could improve
The service at this hotel was excellent, especially from the doorman and receptionist. The decor is pleasing, and our extra apartment felt very comfortable.
The breakfast options could use some enhancement.

The hotel has a fantastic location, just steps from attractions, with clean rooms and friendly staff. However, the elevator situation is a hassle, and breakfast options are quite basic and not restocked well. The space needs a refresh, but it serves its purpose for a budget stay.

The location was excellent, providing easy access to major attractions such as the Empire State Building and Times Square. The complimentary breakfast, while simple, included decent options like bagels and fruit, which sufficed for a quick start to the day. The staff exhibited a high level of professionalism, efficiently assisting during check-in and addressing concerns promptly.
The room was uncomfortably hot and lacked proper temperature control, leading to sleepless nights.

The culinary scene here is a game changer! From Keens Steakhouse just a hop away to the spicy BBQ at Samwon Garden, I devoured every moment. Plus, the service vibe at the front desk had that classic NYC flair – seamless and classy. What a gem in the heart of it all!
Now, let’s keep it real – the breakfast was a funky DIY setup that could've jazzed things up a bit. who needs a buffet when NYC’s food game is strong!

I really appreciated the lovely decor in the lobby, which felt warm and inviting. The lounge area provided comfortable seating, and the layout made it easy for me to navigate without any hassle, which is always a plus as a senior.
Could use more variety in breakfast options.

Excellent location near Times Square and Empire State Building. One elevator for the whole hotel made waiting annoying. Breakfast options weren't great. Room had a fridge and was clean.

Had an awesome weekend with friends! The place we stayed was close to Greeley Square, making it easy to hit up Central Park and Times Square. The lobby was clean and the staff was super nice, which made our mornings brighter. Just a heads up, the breakfast is basic—grab the premium one if you can!

The location on 32nd street was fantastic for exploring NYC. We enjoyed the comfy junior suite, perfect for our large family with four babies. Daily housekeeping kept things tidy, which was great with little ones around.
In my wife’s opinion, the temperature in our room made it hard to sleep. The hotel needs to better manage room comfort for families.
